Nicaragua Dipilto Buenos Aires Marseillaise Natural

Finca Buenos Aires Farm was created some 50 years ago by Emilio Valladarez. Since it’s located in the area of Dipilto mountains the coffee grows in microclimate at 1500 to 1700 meters above the sea level. Due to this particular position, they are marked as specialty coffee production area. Their main objective is to undertake substantive work in terms of quality, in order to develop long-term relationships with their clients. Coffees from this farm have repeatedly participated in the Cup of Excellence competition.

Produced of this coffee Olman Valladarez, a former lawyer but a coffee farmer at heart, joined his father Luis in 2004. When he accompanied the Cafetalera, he wanted to become an expert in processes & in mono-varietal growing. In 2005 he participated in the Cup of Excellence with several of his micro lots and got very good results. His efforts paid off since they got the second place with the Maracaturra coffee.
