In this introductory course you will learn what Speciality Coffee truly means. You will get to know how the coffee cherries are processed and all what is happening with them before they end up in your cup as a coffee beverage. You will taste multiple coffees from all over the world to see the differences. After completing this course you will be able to understand the texts on coffee packages, as well as you will be able to choose your coffee based on their descriptions.
