Details
COOPAC KABIRIZI is a cooperative located in Western Province with very high altitude. The coffee is grown in 1450-2000 meters above sea level, which is assumption for exceptional properties of these coffee. The cooperative won the 9th with 87 in the COE competition in 2010. These Coffee is bourbon varietal and is processed by wet method. In the cup you can find sweet citrus candy, white chocolate, pears and raspberries. Great for espresso as well as for a filter coffee!
