El Salvadorian Honey Processed Bellos Horizontes is truly exceptional! Try this amazing coffee and you will agree! It is a participant of so called HiQ program. This model is based on many years of coffee producing experience. Finding quality coffee is often like playing roulette on a cupping table. Sometimes you find true specialty beans and rarely you find the true gems with extraordinary flavor profiles. HiQ Coffee tries to change this process. The mission is to work with farmers, producers and exporters to develop coffees from the ground up. The goal is to create customized coffee lots with a score of 85 points and up. The region of Bellos Horizontes is located between "The Bálasmo Mountain Range" and "San Salvador Volcano - Quetzaltepec". The coffee is grown in the altitude of 1500m, hand picked and harvested from October to March, and processed by so called "honey method". The method provides the beans with sweet taste with pleasant acidity. You may find blueberries and red apples taste with the aftertaste of vanilla in the cup.
