This model is based on many years of coffee producing experience. Finding quality coffee is often like playing roulette on a cupping table. Sometimes you find true specialty beans and rarely you find the true gems with extraordinary flavor profiles. HiQ Coffee tries to change this process. The mission is to work with farmers, producers and exporters to develop coffees from the ground up. The goal is to create customized coffee lots with a score of 85 points and up. The region of Bellos Horizontes is located between "The Bálasmo Mountain Range" and "San Salvador Volcano - Quetzaltepec".
