Africa
From Africa, the birthplace of coffee, we import the most exotic Arabicas. They cup lively and fruity, with unique acidity. Berries, red wine, honey, jasmine are the most typical notes found in African coffees.
Most of our coffees come from Ethiopia. They are available both as dry-processed and washed. Our washed Yirgacheffe is very clean and fruity with lighter body. On the other hand, Ethiopia Harrar Gr. 4 has an earthy, wild taste with beautiful tones of berries.
Be prepared to expect an uneven roast color from even the best of the dry-processed coffees.

Its a naturally processed coffee, and its full of character, a true natural for my tastes, some will love it, some will hate it, but all will have an opinion on it.
In the cup think floral, jasmine, pear, and buckets of red fruit (strawberry, red current, raspberry), and all just a little bit boozy, big flavours and lovely aftertaste. A huge cup that works super well in both brewed and espresso and very very well through milk. -
